Preschool Assistant Director

McGregor Early Learning Academy is seeking a strong, Christian individual to join and elevate our Administrative Team as Assistant Director.

Duties:

-Responsible for ensuring that the DCF and ACSI licensing standards are in compliance at all times.
- Assist in development and implementation of educational programs and curriculum
- Provide leadership and guidance to teachers
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool when the Director is not present
- Collaborate with employees and parents to ensure program effectiveness and student success
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Skills:
- Strong educational background with experience working with students
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and families of the preschool
